Rates And Language Pairs

The rates used at Lexis depend on a few things;

• Amount of words in the source language.


• Level of complexity and subject area, for example; law, scientific, engineering, medical, general or other field.


• Usually the same rate is used for all translations as regards the relation to deadlines and time limits but if a file is needed at exceedingly short notice leaving us with no time to spare, then we charge extra for asking our translators to work at night or for giving your documents priority, if this is at all possible at that moment. We will do everything we can to offer you a slightly better service than simply the best! We are willing to put ourselves out in order to meet your needs.


• Some language combinations are considered to be general combinations and an abundance of translators are ready to take on any such assignments whilst other combinations are mastered solely by a very few people, we adjust prices according to the availability of labour.
